At Bend Buffalo, our classes are designed to challenge and inspire you, while also nurturing your body and soul. We offer vinyasa flow classes, which emphasize the connection between breath and movement, creating a dynamic and fluid practice. Participants will build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness through a series of flowing sequences that encourage personal expression and awareness. Classes are heated to approximately 80°.
