Our Bend and Flow classes are powerful vinyasa style yoga classes which emphasize the connection between breath and movement, creating a dynamic and fluid practice. Participants will build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness through a series of flowing sequences that encourage personal expression and awareness. This class is heated to approximately 80°. Bring a water bottle, towel, and mat to class.
Our Peaceful Flow classes offer a gentle and grounding approach to vinyasa yoga. This non-heated, all-levels class emphasizes breath-based movement at a slightly slower pace with supportive variations. Students will build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness through accessible sequences designed to promote ease, awareness, and connection. Props are always encouraged, making this class ideal for new students or anyone seeking a more calming and restorative flow. Please bring a water bottle and a mat to class.
Buffalo Ecstatic dance is an inclusive community unified through free-form dance. We invite everyone to safely express themselves through, movement, music, and words. This is a donation based class. No one will be turned away for lack of funds.
